THE TRUTH ABOUT SIMULATION REALITY...

The reality, is it even real?

Or do we live in some kind of simulation reality?

Certain ideas from physics, philosophy, sociology, literary criticism
and other fields shape various theories of reality. One such belief is that there simply and literally is no reality beyond the perceptions or beliefs we each have about reality. Such attitudes are summarized in the popular statement, "Perception is reality" or "Life is how you perceive reality" or "reality is what you can get away with"

So what is REALITY?

As simple terms go Reality is the sum or aggregate of all that is real or existent within a system, as opposed to that which is only imaginary. In physical terms, the reality is the totality of a system, known and unknown.

If the reality is just a system that might be created by the unknown, then it doesn’t mean we are just living in someone’s created simulation

SIMULATION REALITY?

Simulated reality is the hypothesis that reality could be simulated—for example by quantum computer simulation—to a degree indistinguishable from "true" reality. It could contain conscious minds that may or may not know that they live inside a simulation.

There has been much debate over this topic, ranging from philosophical discourse to practical applications in computing.

But wait is that it. NO WAY get ready because the next thing going to make your head spin…

Arguments and discussion

Are we alone to think it that way?

Let’s go through with some arguments

The philosopher Nick Bostrom stated that “Human civilization or a comparable civilization is unlikely to reach a level of technological maturity capable of producing simulated realities or such simulations are physically impossible to construct”

He also said that ” We will have no way of knowing that we live in a simulation because we will never reach the technological capacity to realize the marks of a simulated reality

one of the philosophy professors of  New York University David Chalmers has stated that “hacking on a computer and running five universes in the background … But it might be someone who is nonetheless omniscient, all-knowing, and all-powerful about our world.”

some philosophers even say that we can never know if what we’re seeing is “real.”

I mean we look around we see everyone is doing their work, day in day out never questioning themself about their never-ending loop. even if some might come forward and try to change their loop they got stuck by issues of anxiety depression, what is this some kind of conspiracy of post-human life to keep us In check?

The Mandela effect occurs when a person believes that their distorted memories are, in fact, accurate recollections. They can clearly remember events that happened differently or events that never occurred at all. The bottom line is that the Mandela effect does not involve lying or deception.

As per The Mandela effect, we can say that this is nothing but a glitch of higher life forms who is running this simulation we are living in...

there are many more theories and effects that directly or indirectly support this simulation theory.

In fiction and celebrity takes

Simulation theory has been looked at by many authors, game designers, and film directors, most notably explored in the 1999 film The Matrix and portrayed in the 2018 film Ready Player One and 2021 film Free guy.

Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla and SpaceX, has had much to say about the concept that our reality is a simulation including: "The odds that we are in base reality is one in billions" which he said at a conference in 2016. Musk has also referenced that the odds of us living in a simulated reality or computer made by others is about a 99.9% chance at various other press conferences and events and most famously, on the Joe Rogan Podcast.

SO WHAT?

I know it sounds amazing but what does it matter right? so why we are in this discussion of proving or disproving that life as we know it is merely a digital construct by someone higher lifeforms than us.

If we do in fact exist inside a video game that requires our characters (i.e. us) to perform certain quests and achievements in order to progress (“level up”),  posited, wouldn’t it be useful to know what kind of game we’re in so as to increase our chances of surviving and thriving?

"In the end, survival is a must if we know what we are dealing with then the chance of survival might get an increase..."
